What is a crime boss "Soapy" Smith action figure collection without the police? So I decided to make one. Meet the Denver policeman. Sometimes, he is the law enforcer, arresting members of the Soap Gang for operating nefarious games of chance within city limits. Sometimes, he is on the payroll, making sure Soapy and the boys don't get into trouble, warning them of any raids, locating and "losing" official police paperwork, arresting trouble-making victims, etc.
